LOCAL SHIPPING:All orders under Rs. 4000 will incur a delivery charge of Rs. 250. Orders exceeding this value will have shipping charges based on weight and total amount but will not exceed Rs. 550. After placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service team to confirm order details. Once confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment.

Please note that credit card payment processing may take up to 3 business days, depending on the accuracy of the provided information. If any item in a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is out of stock, only the available items will be shipped. For credit card orders with out-of-stock items, we will contact you to discuss replacement options. In case of any unforeseen shipment delays, you will be notified via phone, SMS, or email.

Your order is expected to be delivered within 3-4 business days through Post Ex. For bulk orders or high-value transactions (both prepaid and COD), the Zebaan team will contact the recipient for verification and confirmation. If we are unable to reach the customer within 3-5 days, Zebaan reserves the right to cancel the order.

IMPORTANT NOTE:Do not accept any package if the shipping flyer is torn or the seal appears tampered with. If this occurs, refuse the parcel and immediately inform our customer service team to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement delivery.

Zebaan is not responsible for any issues arising from accepting a damaged or tampered parcel.
