No Refund, Only Exchange

At Zebaan, we offer exchanges for items purchased from our online store. However, we do not provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different design, color, or style of equal or lesser value.

Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

✅ The item must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached.
✅ The exchange request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item (based on delivery confirmation).
✅ You can exchange your purchased items only once, so please check all items carefully before making a request. Multiple exchange requests for the same order will not be entertained.

What Does “Original Condition” Mean?
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

✔️ Unworn: The item should not have been used, except for trying it on. No stains, odors, or signs of wear.
✔️ Unwashed: The fabric must not have been laundered, dry-cleaned, or treated with any cleaning product.
✔️ Tags & Labels Attached: All original brand tags and packaging should be intact. Missing or tampered tags will void the exchange eligibility.
✔️ No Damage or Alterations: The product should be free from tears, missing embellishments, loose stitching, or any modifications.

Non-Returnable Items
For transparency, certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

❌ Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
❌ Customized or Altered Products: Any item that has been stitched, customized, or tailored to customer specifications.
❌ Used or Damaged Products: If the item is not in its original condition, it will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Policy for Discounted/Sale Items
📌 If you purchased an item at full price and it later goes on sale, the exchange value will be based on the sale price, not the original purchase price.

Exchange Process for Gift Purchases
💳 Store Credit Instead of Refunds:

If you received a Zebaan product as a gift and want to exchange it, we will issue store credit instead of a refund.

The store credit will be valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient.

Return Shipping Costs Policy
📌 If Zebaan Made a Mistake:

If we sent the wrong item, size, or a defective product, Zebaan will cover the return shipping cost.

In this case, please contact our customer support for a return shipping label.

📌 If You Change Your Mind:

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Dispute Resolution
If you believe your exchange request was unfairly declined, you may escalate your request for further review by contacting support@zebaan.com.gryphenix.com with supporting details and images.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.​

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
